Augustine is a thoroughbred professional with more than 15 years of business consulting and private sector accounting experience. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School where he bagged his MBA, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria.
As the Managing Partner of Rotimi Odukoya & Associates, he has diversified experience with emphasis in financial consulting, strategic planning, auditing, tax planning and compliance. Augustine’s industry expertise spans across various engagements in different sectors of the economy which include banking, health, government and non-governmental organizations, manufacturing, distribution, construction, technology, health, education, etc.
Mr. Simeon Olutoki

Mr. Simeon Olutoki HND, MBA, FCA, CNA, ACTI, is a Partner in the firm. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) an associate of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has very sound audit and tax experience spanning over 25 years.
OLAJIDE STEPHEN OSODE

Olajide possesses a Higher National Diploma (Upper Credit) in Agriculture Management and Extension from Federal College of Agriculture (FECA), Akure, Ondo State. He is an astute business executive with over twenty (20) years experience in business development and project management.
He has attended several seminars, conferences and training workshops to horn his skills in business management and boardroom politics. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). Currently, he is the Executive Director (Projects) Proventio Consulting Limited.
